Plans & billing

Every workspace is on a plan, and the plan sets the limits the workspace runs within: how many members, flows, datasets, and pages it can hold, how much inference is included each month, and the API request rate limits. The billing page shows your current plan and a usage meter against each limit, so you can see how close you are before you hit a wall.

Plans

There are four tiers — Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise — that step up the limits above. For current pricing and exactly what each tier includes, see the billing page in your workspace.

Managing your plan

  • Self-serve (Free / Starter / Pro) — upgrade through Stripe Checkout, and manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices through the Stripe customer portal ("Manage in Stripe" on the billing page).
  • Enterprise — billed by contract and managed with your account team; the self-serve controls are replaced by your contract terms.

Billing is managed by the workspace owner (and anyone they've granted billing access).

What counts against limits

Most limits are counts — members, flows, datasets, pages — and you'll get a clear 402 when an action would exceed one, naming the limit. Inference spend is its own thing: see Spend & inference credit for how a flow run draws down your included amount and prepaid balance.
